Our club intends to provide a place for students, who enjoy the works of popular and unknown, Western and Eastern philosophers, to participate in civil and analytical discourse. Club members will discuss the origin, application, and practicality of philosophical ideals and attempt to translate them into their best use at University High School. We believe that knowledge of philosophy will translate into a more fulfilling life for members of the UHS Philosophy Club.

The Publicist will be responsible for marketing the UHS Philosophy Club to the student body and creating and maintaining the club’s website and Instagram account.
The Secretary will be responsible for maintaining a current list of contact information for the participants of the UHS Philosophy Club and helping the advisor with taking minutes.
The Treasurer will be responsible for handling UHS Philosophy Club financials and keeping reading material accessible to all club members.
The Assistant Publicist will be responsible for aiding the Publicist in his responsibilities and managing the UHS Philosophy Club Instagram account.
